  • All bookings are subject to availability and final confirmation.

  • The booking confirmation will outline all inclusions, exclusions, and applicable terms.

4. Payments & Pricing

  • All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) or as specified by ThatTrip.
  • Prices are subject to change until full payment is received.
  • Some packages may require an advance deposit to secure your booking.
  • Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, or authorized payment links.
  • Any payment disputes should be raised immediately with our support team.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation policies vary depending on the airline, hotel, or tour operator.
  • ThatTrip acts as an intermediary and follows the supplier's cancellation/refund terms.
  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–15 working days after approval from suppliers.
  • Certain bookings may be non-refundable or subject to cancellation fees.
  • If a customer fails to show up or misses a service, no refund will be issued.

6. Travel Documents & Visa

  • Passports, visas, and travel insurance are the responsibility of the traveler.
  • ThatTrip may assist with visa documentation but does not guarantee visa approval.
  • Travelers must ensure they have valid travel documents before departure.
  • Any loss due to incorrect documentation will be borne by the traveler.

7. Changes to Itinerary or Services

  • Occasionally, changes may occur due to weather, political conditions, or supplier decisions.
  • ThatTrip reserves the right to make minor adjustments to itineraries for operational reasons.
  • In the event of a major change, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer suitable alternatives where available.

8. Travel Insurance

  • We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance before starting their journey.
  • ThatTrip is not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or expense caused by unforeseen circumstances, accidents, or acts of nature.

9. Liability Disclaimer

  • ThatTrip acts only as a facilitator for travel services provided by third parties.
  • We are not liable for any loss, damage, delay, injury, or inconvenience caused by third-party suppliers or events beyond our control.
  • Our maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the total amount paid to ThatTrip for the specific service.

10. User Content & Reviews

If you share photos, reviews, or testimonials on our website or social media, you grant ThatTrip a non-exclusive right to use such content for marketing or promotional purposes, while respecting your privacy.
